Dance allows your soul to break free and find ecstasy amidst the hectic MBA life. Xtatic, the dynamic dance club at IIM Kashipur, is a hub of energy and creativity, injecting rhythm and style into campus life. It's not just a club; it's a vibrant community where talented dancers come together to explore movement and expression. Since its inception, Xtatic has been instrumental in shaping the cultural landscape of our institute, showcasing performances that mesmerize audiences and inspire fellow students.
Xtatic organizes activities like dance workshops and events like Chote Miyan Bade Miyan, Danza De Papel. Our vision is to instill the love for the performing art, encourage participation, and help more people unleash their potential and dance their hearts out! Through its captivating performances at cultural events, competitions, and festivals, Xtatic showcases the talent and spirit of IIM Kashipur, contributing to the institute's growth and prominence on a national stage. We follow a simple life mantra- keep dancing if you are happy, start dancing if you are dispirited.

Events
Chote Miyan Bade Miyan: It is an intra-college event that focuses on fostering healthy relationships between junior and senior batches through the medium of dancing. Students team up in groups of two, each with a senior and a junior. Each team prepares a dance routine to foster teamwork. The winning team is the one who performs the best.
Danza De Papel: Danza De Papel is an intra-college Paper Dance competition. The purpose of the competition is to encourage students to unwind and encourage them to compete in order to gauge how well their teams work together. The team that perseveres through the challenge triumphs. The thrilling component of the competition is to observe how the participants make it through.
Dance Workshops: The primary focus of organising various workshops is to encourage students to open up and get to learn basic dance moves. It also encourages learning of well-known dance styles. The workshops give the students a chance to unwind from their hectic schedule and attempt to teach the IIM Kashipur students various dancing styles. Club members lead an hour-long session on a regular basis.
Flashmobs and Collaborations: The Flash Mobs are a testament to the Xtatic Club's commitment to promoting the art of dance and bringing people together through creativity and entertainment. These flash mobs are sometimes executed in collaboration with other Clubs and Committees. It showcases the talents of our members and brings a sense of energy and excitement to the campus.
