The International Relations Committee (IRC) is responsible for building and sustaining global partnerships with leading universities worldwide. Its core objective is to facilitate seamless academic and cultural exchange by fostering collaboration in education and research across diverse geographies.

The committee drives this vision through key initiatives, including:

1. Trimester and short-term student exchange programs
2. Faculty exchange
3. Joint research collaborations

Under the flagship trimester exchange program, selected students from IIM Kashipur spend a term at partner institutions following a rigorous evaluation and nomination process. In parallel, the institute hosts international students from partner universities, creating a rich academic and cultural learning environment.

The IRC also facilitates short-term, customized exchange programs, typically lasting one to two weeks, designed to offer focused international exposure.

Aligned with IIM Kashipur’s aspiration to become a globally recognized institution, the committee continues to expand its international footprint through meaningful collaborations that create value for students and contribute to society at large.
