On July 20, 2025, the Alumni Relations Committee (ARC) of IIM Kashipur successfully hosted the second edition of Safarnama - The Alumni Conclave, a milestone event that brought together the institute’s alumni, students, and faculty on a common platform of dialogue and discovery. Envisioned as a vibrant exchange of experiences, Safarnama - meaning "a chronicle of journeys" - celebrated the remarkable paths our alumni have carved since their MBA days. The conclave delved into all dimensions of campus life - academics, competitions, leadership roles, placements, and personal growth - offering a candid peek into the real-world transitions that follow the MBA experience. More than just a meet-and-greet, Safarnama became a confluence of insights, reflections, and connections - igniting conversations that will continue to inspire the IIM Kashipur community for years to come.

Davinder Yadav - Bronze Medalist in MBA Core and Gold Medalist as an All Rounder at IIM Kashipur, exemplified all-round excellence as Student Council President and a driving force in the Academic Committee and Parivartan Club. He now leads strategic roles as DGM at Samsung India.
Gautam Gulati - Former Secretary of MPRC, also made his mark at Team Insite and Team Kaptured. With stints at Axis Bank and Godrej Properties, he now drives innovation as Founder of BMS Electrical and Automation.
Rio - Served in the Prep Cell and Placement Committee, also earning a spot as the 7th rank holder on the Director’s Merit List. He now contributes his expertise to Tata Steel.
Saloni Singhal - A gold medalist from IIM Kashipur's MBA (Analytics) batch, is currently working at Therawin Health. A dynamic contributor to Titan - the IT Analytics Club - and Team Agnitraya, she embodies analytical excellence with a collaborative spirit.
Aayush Mittal - Served as General Secretary of the Student Council and contributed as a part of the Cultural Committee, Team Insite, and Team Agnitraya. He is now the founder of HowToCrackInterviews.com, empowering aspirants with practical insights.

AL-Speak is the alumni guest lecture series while AL-Prep is the alumni webinar series. Prominent alumni of IIM Kashipur are invited to discuss a plethora of topics of both academics and practice. The rich experience of our alumni is shared with the present students to make them industry-ready.
I-Mentorship program is designed to integrate our alumni into the personal mentoring of our present students. Students are mapped to our distinguished alumni based on mutual domain interests. The personal mentoring helps our students in cracking corporate competitions, academic support and career guidance.
SARATHI is the quarterly newsletter published by Team ARC, aimed to keep our alumni updated with happenings at their alma-mater while concurrently apprising our current students of the developments in our alumni community.
