The Executive Club is the official student body representing the EMBA and EMBAA batches at IIM Kashipur. It plays a pivotal role in enhancing the academic and professional experience of its members through a wide range of initiatives and events designed for holistic development.
One of the club’s primary responsibilities is to formalize and streamline the class representative selection process, ensuring clear communication channels between students and administration. The Executive Club actively fosters networking opportunities by organizing events and sessions that bring together current students and alumni, thereby building a strong professional community.
Committed to broadening horizons, the club promotes international exposure opportunities for its members, facilitating global learning and collaboration. It also hosts industry awareness seminars and thematic symposiums focusing on entrepreneurship and key business functions including Economics, Consulting, Human Resources, IT & Analytics, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. These events serve as a platform to connect EMBA/EMBAA students with industry experts and alumni, enriching their knowledge and insights.
The Executive Club supports the Programs Office in admissions and induction processes, easing the transition for incoming batches. It also oversees the creation and distribution of exclusive merchandise and goodwill items, fostering a sense of identity and belonging among students.
Keeping the community informed is a priority, with regular newsletters sharing updates on executive education developments. The club operates strictly under the Student Council Charter, ensuring disciplined, transparent, and aligned communications.
