Events, Activities and Key Sponsorships Agnitraya
The flagship fest of IIM Kashipur, Agnitraya, is where management brains, athletic spirits, and cultural flair collide. Spread over three action-packed days, it draws participants from top B-schools across India. Agnitraya 11.0 saw Sponsorship Cell secure over 25+ sponsors, including both national brands and local favourites. Our efforts boosted the event’s scale and brought exclusive brand experiences, product sampling, and high-visibility engagement zones. The result?
It is one of the most vibrant and professionally executed fests on campus to date.
Model United Nations (MUN)
A platform for future diplomats and policy minds, MUN at IIM Kashipur simulates the workings of the United Nations, promoting critical thinking, negotiation, and global awareness. Organised by the International Relations Committee, the 2024-25 edition was supported by BroCode as the official energy drink partner. BroCode’s presence added a refreshing touch to the intense debates, from banners to chilled drinks during breaks.
Kashipur Premier League (KPL)
An intra-institute sports league organised by the Sports Committee, KPL is one of the most anticipated sporting events on campus. With the help of the Sponsorship Cell, we onboarded Dabur and BroCode as sponsors for the 2025 edition. Dabur provided their refreshing range of juices, while BroCode ensured energy levels stayed high with their drinks. Player kits, hydration booths, and branding across the ground elevated the overall vibe—making it a true crowd-puller.
Campus2Home by Campus Express
Moving out made easy!. Campus2Home, powered by Campus Express and supported by Delhivery, is a logistics solution tailored for students. Whether it’s books, clothing, or personal items—this initiative ensures reliable, affordable, door-to-door transport to any part of the country. The Sponsorship Cell negotiated exclusive student pricing, transforming a logistical headache into a seamless service. The result? One of the most appreciated value-adds for students at the end of the term.
ICICI Bank Partnership
The Sponsorship Cell partnered with ICICI Bank to promote financial empowerment to bring financial products directly to students. This included premium bank accounts, lifetime-free premium credit cards, and exclusive access to banking features tailored for students. This partnership was about giving students real tools to manage their finances early and smartly.
Confab City Meet 2025
Organised by Team Insite, Confab 2025 was held across different cities in India with support from Dabur and Ferns N Petals. Their refreshing juices and discount coupons added value and energy to an engaging event built around insights, meaningful interaction, and inspiration for aspirants and future managers.
Parivartan Career Counselling Session
In association with Dabur, the Parivartan Cell organised a career guidance session to empower local school students with better awareness about future opportunities. Through their refreshing beverages, Dabur's support helped keep the students energized. The Sponsorship Cell ensured the session was informative, warm, engaging, and truly impactful.
Raymond Suit Distribution for MBA 2024-26
As part of a successful collaboration with Raymond, the Sponsorship Cell, in coordination with the Student Council, facilitated the distribution of premium Raymond suits to the entire MBA 2024–26 batch. This initiative elevated the onboarding experience while showcasing the brand’s elegance and presence on campus.
Promotional Collaboration with Papa Bakers
The Sponsorship Cell partnered with Papa Bakers to provide specially curated snacks after the induction ceremony. This thoughtful gesture added a warm, celebratory touch for the new batch while promoting the brand effectively within the campus community.
On-Campus Bank Promotions for Student Loans
To support financial accessibility for incoming students, the Sponsorship Cell arranged on-campus promotions with reputed banks such as State Bank of India (SBI), Central Bank of India, Union Bank of India, and Punjab National Bank (PNB), offering education loan services. This initiative benefited students with convenient options and strengthened long-term relationships with our banking partners.
