The events held in B-Schools serve as vital breaks from the rigor and monotony often associated with the MBA journey. At IIM Kashipur, a plethora of events infuse life into campus activities. These events thrive on the generous support of sponsors. The sponsorship cell plays a pivotal role in securing these partnerships, tirelessly working to bring sponsors to the table and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Our objectives encompass acquiring new sponsors, nurturing relationships with existing ones, and orchestrating sponsorship activations to maximize exposure and engagement for both our institute and sponsors. With each passing year, we strive to enhance the scale and quality of our events by garnering additional funds and fostering enduring partnerships.
We've successfully onboarded a diverse array of sponsors, ranging from industry giants like SBI, Raymond, CBI, UBI, IOCL, IGL and Jio Saavan, to local favorites such as Papas Bakers, Village Hut, Kundan, Nest, Manor, and Udipi Café. Additionally, we've welcomed emerging startups like App2build, Teachnook, and Krayonnz, whose contributions have enriched our event offerings. Brands like Teachnook, Young Skilled India, and Krayonnz have played pivotal roles in the success of case study events hosted by various student bodies. Moreover, sponsors like EMT have generously offered travel discounts, while Cornitos, our snacking partner, extended the in-kind distribution of snacks to the students and attendees of Agnitraya. Additionally, Sirona's provision of female hygiene products has extended support not only to our students but also to our mess and housekeeping staff.
Together, these sponsorships exemplify our commitment to delivering impactful and inclusive events while fostering valuable connections within our community.

Event name: Agnitraya
Description: Agnitraya stands as the flagship event of IIM Kashipur, encompassing a dynamic array of inter-college sports, cultural, and management events hosted by various student bodies. In the year 2023-24, the Sponsorship Cell played a pivotal role in securing the support of over 38 sponsors, contributing significantly to the success of Agnitraya 10.0.
Event name: Kashipur Premier League, sponsored by Dabur
Description: The Kashipur Premier League, organised by the Sports Committee, received vital support from the Sponsorship Cell in securing Dabur as a sponsor. Dabur's provision of refreshing juices and coconut water enhanced player hydration during the intense sports activities, amplifying the event's success.
Event name: Campus2Home by Delhivery – Campus Express
Description: Campus2Home is Campus Express's customized solution to safely facilitate students' personal belongings (Books, Clothing, etc.) back to their home. Additionally, in this latest offering, 2-wheelers were also included in the delivery service, catering to the diverse needs of our student community.
Sponsorship Cell negotiated the best prices for the services where Campus Express will be providing door 2 door deliveries to all the pin codes in India.
