The Prep Cell at IIM Kashipur plays a pivotal role in preparing students for placements by enhancing their skills, competencies, and industry readiness. The team provides structured mentorship, domain-specific knowledge sessions, and mock evaluations to help students navigate the competitive placement process effectively. Through rigorous resume-building guidance, group discussions, and personal interview simulations, the Prep Cell ensures that students are well-equipped to secure internships and final placements. Additionally, the team documents placement processes and maintains a repository of company-specific interview experiences to provide structured guidance for upcoming batches.
