Ms. Ramya Pattabiraman comes with 15+ years of Corporate Finance experience across industries. She has handled various profiles in Finance including Audit, Mergers & Acquisition, Risk Management, Fund Raising, Data Analytics & Visualization and Financial Planning. She has been associated with India's Top Banks for review and monitoring of securitization deals. Ramya has worked closely with large Indian promoter driven Companies as part of their core Strategy team and is an expert in transaction execution, valuation & deal negotiation. She is currently a corporate trainer and a visiting faculty in many top institutes in India and abroad.
