Rehan has ten years of international work experience in the Middle East at Larsen & Toubro (L&T). His work experience is rich with exposure to different aspects of International Business, contributing to his research interests.  
He holds a Ph.D. from IIMB in Strategy. His Ph.D. dissertation focuses on the relationship internationalization has with firm performance under different contingencies, including industry, product diversification strategies, and ownership structures. In addition, in his dissertation, he investigates the evolution of the Indian corporate ownership network. 
Rehan has presented his research at several reputed international conferences, such as the Strategic Management Society (SMS) Annual Conference, the Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Conference, the Academy of International Business (AIB), and the Southern Management Association (SMA) Annual Conference.
