Program Leader, CGI | Executive Master of Business Administration in Analytics, Indian Institute of Management Kashipur GOLD MEDALIST (Batch 2024-26)

Almost 2 decades into my career, I felt I was watching the data revolution from the sidelines. Returning to the classroom mid-career felt daunting, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made.

The program is rigorous: over 900 hours of intensive learning, with late nights after work, weekends spent on case studies, and a family that patiently adjusted around me. Every session gave me something I could apply the very next week, and I began approaching problems with evidence rather than instinct. My batchmates, drawn from diverse industries, taught me as much as the curriculum did.

In my view, this is one of the most relevant programs for the next five to ten years, as analytics and Artificial Intelligence reshape every industry. It also opens the door to doctoral studies, since graduates are eligible to pursue a Ph.D.

Above all, it gave me the confidence to step into Data and Artificial Intelligence leadership. To anyone hesitating: take the leap.
