About Details
HRhythm is the HR Club of IIM Kashipur that strives to promote and encourage learning and application of various industry-relevant OB&HR concepts. Students are fostered to dig deep and develop a passion in the field of Human Resources Management. HRhythm provides opportunities to explore one’s chances in advancing academic knowledge and interpersonal skills and seal the gap between the corporate and academic settings in light of one’s personal experience. The club’s activities are intended to advance IIM Kashipur's position as a leader in the field and to help develop key competencies needed for professional success.

Activity
- DecipHR 3.0: An intra-college event, it tests the knowledge of the participants in various HR concepts through rounds of quiz.
- Scribble Dribble 6.0: This is a PAN India article-writing competition testing the participants’ ability to apply OB&HR concepts in research and in writing.
- A Day in an HR’s Life: This intra-college event gives the opportunity to put oneself in the shoes of an HR Manager to make decisions like one. The participants are shown clips from movies/series to enact a scenario using the clip shown as inspiration. This round calls for them to apply OB&HR concepts in making decisions.
- Ignite 4.0: This PAN-India event sways a little off from the regular norm of an academic club event: the participants are required to “bid” for candidates for a hypothetical talent recruitment scenario.
- Pragyan 7.0: HRhythm's flagship event is regularly held as part of Agnitraya. This is a PAN-India case-study competition held across three rounds.
- Netrutva 2.0: Students from across the nation participate in this event which is further held across three rounds - quiz, boardroom discusson, and extempore - all testing their knowledge in the field of leaders and leadership.
