HRhythm the HR Club of IIM Kashipur, dedicated to fostering a culture of learning and application of industry-relevant Organizational Behavior and Human Resources (OB&HR) concepts. Our mission is to inspire students to delve deep into the realms of Human Resources Management, nurturing a passion for excellence in this dynamic field.
At HRhythm, we believe in providing a platform for students to explore and expand their academic knowledge while honing their interpersonal skills. Through a diverse range of activities, we aim to bridge the gap between the corporate world and academia, drawing from personal experiences to enrich learning.

HRadiance is the monthly newsletter released by the club to keep the community of IIM Kashipur aware of the recent trends and developments in the HR Domain. From August to February newsletters have been published for each month
Events
Event Name: Pragyan
HRhytm's flagship event was held as part of Agnitraya. This is a PAN-India case-study competition held across three rounds: the first two rounds on Unstop and the last round via Zoom. Qualifiers of the preliminary quiz round were to submit presentations on a real-time industrial scenario. The final round was held in an online mode where the participants presented their solutions and views on the case.
Event Name: DecipHR
An intra-college event held offline on campus, it tested the knowledge of the participants in various HR concepts through three rounds of quizzes.
Event Name: Scribble Dribble
Students from PAN India appeared in this two-round online article-writing competition on Unstop. The first round was a quiz round post in which students were selected for the next round, where they were to submit articles based on one of two topics shared with them.
Event Name: Ignite
This online PAN-India event swayed a little off the regular norm of an academic club event: the participants were to bid for "candidates" for hypothetical talent recruitment. The students were given a list of candidate profiles to fill specific job roles for a pretend company. An equal budget was allotted to each student initially that they used to bid for various candidates. The final round required that the participants make a presentation to justify their choices of candidates.

Guest lecture in collaboration with the Placement Committee of IIM Kashipur for 'Tejas' - The Leadership Talk Series.
Event Name: Visits of Industry and academia leaders
Conference discussion of faculty, MBA students, PhD scholars with industry leaders and academia leaders.
Academic Forum Debate: “Clash of Clubs” under the G20 University Connect events
It was an event where participants from various academic clubs engaged in a group discussion and talked about thought-provoking topics aligned with the theme of G20.
Event Name: A Day in an HR’s Life
This intra-college event gives the opportunity to put oneself in the shoes of an HR Manager to make decisions like one. The participants are shown clips from movies/series to enact a scenario using the clip shown as inspiration. This round calls for them to apply OB&HR concepts in making decisions.
Event Name: Netrutva
Students from across the nation participate in this event which is further held across three rounds - quiz, boardroom discusson, and extempore - all testing their knowledge in the field of leaders and leadership.
