HRhythm, the HR Club of IIM Kashipur, is dedicated to cultivating a culture of learning and practical application in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management (OB&HR). Our mission is to inspire students to explore the dynamic field of HR, fostering a deep passion for excellence and innovation.
At HRhythm, we provide a platform for students to enhance their academic knowledge while refining their interpersonal and professional skills. Through a diverse array of initiatives, we bridge the gap between academia and the corporate world, enriching learning through real-world insights and experiences.

HRadiance is the monthly newsletter released by the club to keep the community of IIM Kashipur aware of the recent trends and developments in the HR Domain. From August to February, newsletters have been published for each month on various trending topics.

Pragyan
HRhythm’s flagship event, Pragyan, was conducted as part of Agnitraya XI, IIM Kashipur’s annual cultural and sports fest. This PAN-India case study competition spanned three rigorous rounds. The initial quiz round shortlisted teams who then worked on a case study, presenting their solutions in the second round. The grand finale was held offline on campus, where finalists defended their strategies before an esteemed panel of judges. -
DecipHR
A stimulating intra-college event designed to test participants' HR acumen through a series of quiz rounds. Conducted offline on campus, DecipHR saw enthusiastic participation, with students competing across multiple rounds that delved deep into HR concepts. -
Scribble Dribble
A two-round national-level article-writing competition hosted on Unstop. The first round challenged participants with a quiz, filtering the best minds for the final round. Shortlisted candidates then showcased their analytical and writing prowess by crafting insightful articles on one of the given HR-centric topics. -
Ignite
Breaking the mold of conventional academic events, Ignite was a PAN-India online talent acquisition challenge. Participants engaged in a high-stakes bidding war, strategizing and competing to recruit the best hypothetical candidates within a fixed budget. The final round required participants to present and justify their talent acquisition strategies. -
A Day in an HR’s Life
An engaging intra-college event that put students in the shoes of an HR Manager. Participants were shown movie/series clips that depicted workplace dilemmas, and they had to enact and analyse the scenarios, applying OB & HR concepts to resolve challenges effectively. -
Netrutva
A dynamic three-round competition focusing on leadership principles. Participants from across the country competed in a quiz round, a boardroom discussion, and an extempore challenge, all designed to evaluate their leadership knowledge and strategic thinking. -
Siddhi - HR Analytics Case Study Competition
IIM Kashipur’s premier case competition in HR analytics, Siddhi featured three rigorous rounds. Participants tackled an initial quiz before crafting in-depth presentations on HR analytics-based cases. The event concluded with two intense presentation rounds judged by industry experts. -
Webinar and Guest Lectures in HR Domain
HRhythm has hosted insightful sessions with industry stalwarts. Samvaad - The HR Talk Series HRhythm contributed to, bringing thought leaders from various domains to interact with students. -
Visits of Industry and Academia Leaders
A platform for meaningful discussions, where faculty members, MBA students, and PhD scholars engaged in conference discussions with industry and academic leaders, fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration.
