About Details
Consilium, IIM Kashipur's Consulting and Strategy Club, aims to foster a culture of in-depth analysis, data-backed research, and aggressive presentation to help you get across your arguments and perspectives. The goal is to give value to the organizations/entities with which they work by learning about their business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing a holistic solution to help them improve.
The club strives towards garnering interest in the students towards the field of Consulting and providing them with the right kind of industry exposure. The club regularly organizes interactions with eminent personalities from the consulting industry aiming to bridge the gap between the industry and academia. It also sees it as part of its mission to educate members on the essential matrices and frameworks utilized in the consulting field.
The club aims to hone the case-solving skills of its members and to make them learn a structured way to go about with the analysis of complex problems. The club hosts frequent encounters with prominent members of the consulting profession to bridge the gap between industry and academia. The club's goal is to improve its members' case-solving skills and provide them with a systematic approach to analyzing complex problems.
