About Team Insite
Team Insite of IIM Kashipur is the student body responsible for serving as the first point of contact for prospective students and helping them navigate the admission process while also assisting them with questions about the college and the courses it offers.
The student body is also involved in devising a variety of social media campaigns to aid aspirants from the beginning of CAT preparation to the interview preparation phase utilizing various digital media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, Quora, Pagalguy, and other social media platforms.
Team Insite endeavors to reach out and assist as many prospective aspirants as possible through initiatives such as City Meets, Mentorship Programs, and Primus. The team is also responsible for managing the induction phase for the upcoming batch.

Events
City Meet (Phase 1 and Phase 2): Confab’23 is an initiative undertaken by Team Insite of IIM Kashipur to reach out to potential aspirants and ensure that the presence of the college is felt among the aspirants located across various parts of the country. Phase 1 targets all the aspirants who have given CAT exam this year while Phase 2 focuses on students who received the interview calls from IIM Kashipur.
Mentorship Program: Extending a helping hand to the aspirants with interview preparation to better their chances of selection in IIMs and to clear out their doubts regarding the process.
Primus: Organizing online introductory meetings for the upcoming batches to make them aware of the institute’s culture and the necessary pre-requisites.
Social Media Initiatives: Launching new social media initiatives to attract upcoming students and making them involved in various college activities and curriculum. To solve their queries, to help them with their onboarding processes like filling out forms, interview preparation, final onboarding.
Some of the initiatives include YouTube videos, posters, short videos, banners, and self-explanatory posts.
Personal Interview Kit: Preparing Personal Preparation kit for clarifying the concepts and helping the students in conquering the admission process with an array of topics ranging from self-reflection questions, and academic issues to work experience and the MBA in general.
Prep Shots: Prep-Shots help the students to ace the interview preparation by explaining some important in-trend concepts of the industry.
