The Entrepreneurship Cell (ECell) at IIM Kashipur is committed to nurturing entrepreneurial spirit among students, providing them with essential resources and support to pursue their business ventures. As catalysts of entrepreneurial thought, we ignite the flames of innovation in our institute, empowering future leaders. Our vision is to groom individuals into dynamic business pioneers fueling national economic growth because we believe that Entrepreneurship is Unstoppable, and We are Unstoppable!
Our actions include:

Uttishtha – Annual Entrepreneurship Summit:
Uttishtha is the pinnacle of our entrepreneurial endeavors, an annual flagship event organized in collaboration with FIED, the incubation center of IIM Kashipur. This summit is a melting pot of ideas and opportunities, featuring workshops, seminars, guest lectures, business plan competitions, funding activities, networking events, and a startup expo. It serves as a dynamic platform for students and individuals to showcase their innovative ideas to the public and industry stakeholders, fostering collaboration and growth.
Aarambh:
Aarambh, meaning "beginning," encapsulates our commitment to nurturing entrepreneurship from its inception. Our workshops cover wide range of aspects from understanding the different stages of building an enterprise to navigating funding opportunities, preparing compelling pitch decks, and ensuring legal and patent compliances, Intellectual Property Rights, Prototype Development, Startups and Sustainability, Aarambh covers a wide spectrum of entrepreneurship-related topics. Additionally, it features engaging events such as B-Plan Competitions, Exhibitions, Guest Lectures and a School Outreach Program, empowering students to translate theory into practice and make their entrepreneurial dreams a reality.
Pratyaksh:
Pratyaksh, our flagship intra-college event, embodies the spirit of entrepreneurship within the walls of IIM Kashipur. It is a celebration of innovation, creativity, and skill development, aimed at fostering entrepreneurial mindsets among our students. Over the course of two days, participants immerse themselves in a diverse range of events designed to hone their entrepreneurial skills and ignite their passion for innovation.
