Agnitraya, the annual cultural, sports, and management fest of IIM Kashipur, celebrates talents from premier management institutes and other colleges nationwide. With over 500 participants from 50+ top colleges each year, Agnitraya offers a myriad of opportunities for growth and learning, fostering a vibrant atmosphere of collaboration and competition. The sports events not only promote physical fitness and teamwork but also instil qualities like resilience and sportsmanship among the participants. Literary events provide a platform for expression and critical thinking, nurturing creativity and intellectual discourse. Cultural events celebrate diversity and artistic expression, fostering cultural exchange and appreciation.
Agnitraya showcases eventful days of relentless euphoria and grandeur, where participants immerse themselves in a melting pot of talent and innovation. Events
- Management events: These include competitions and workshops on operations, marketing, finance, etc., alongside non-management events like gaming tournaments and literary activities organized by academic and non-academic clubs over three days.
- Sports Events: The Sports Committee hosts inter-college events in 13 disciplines, attracting colleges like IIM Amritsar, MDI Gurgaon, and FORE, competing hard and fair in Badminton, Basketball, Chess, Cricket, Frisbee, Futsal, Throwball, Volleyball, Pool, and Table Tennis.
- Cultural Events: Seven cultural events feature performances from colleges including Ramjas College, SRCC, IIM Udaipur, and MDI Gurgaon, encompassing dance, singing, bands, fashion walks, and rap battles.
- Star Night: It is the prime highlight of the 3-day festival that boasts of musical performances by popular celebrities and pop artists. In the past, the star night has been graced by the performances of King (Rapper), Nikhil D’ Souza, the Antariksh band and many more such icons.
