Agnitraya, the official annual festival of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur, is a radiant meeting of culture, learning, sportsmanship, and leadership. Filled with its size and diversity, Agnitraya sees participation from over 50 highly-rated institutions in India and sees an over 1,500 enthusiastic footfall of visitors. It is not just a fest—it is an ode to ambition, creativity, and talent, and is thus one of the most eagerly-awaited events in the academic calendar.
Spanning a chain of electrifying days, Agnitraya presents a once-in-a-lifetime chance for students to test their mettle, compete at the highest level, and gain experiences that fuel personal as well as professional growth. The festival brings together cultural energies, intellectual curiosity, and competition in a harmonious blend, creating an all-encompassing environment in which participants can learn, network, and excel.

Agnitraya represents IIM Kashipur ethos of where ideas and knowledge come together, where strategy and execution intersect, and where passion and grit converge. Agnitraya offers a wide array of:
Management Events: An exciting calendar of competitions and workshops in operations, marketing, finance, and strategy where students can develop their business skills. Parallel to these are non-management events like games competition and literary events by academic as well as non-academic clubs providing another adrenaline rush over three activity-packed days.
Sports Wars: Organized by the Sports Committee, the fest sees intense inter-college fights in 13 sporting events, namely Badminton, Basketball, Chess, Cricket, Frisbee, Futsal, Throwball, Volleyball, Pool, and Table Tennis. Participating among them are IIM Amritsar, MDI Gurgaon, and FORE School of Management with their best sportspeople fighting it out with skill, passion, and spirit.
Cultural Extravaganza: Sparkling display of artistic excellence, featuring seven regal cultural events. Ramjas College, SRCC, IIM Udaipur, and MDI Gurgaon set the stage ablaze with electrifying performances in dance, music, band contests, fashion shows, and rap competition, with the environment charged with the spirit of dynamism and artistic excellence.
Stellar Night: Agnitraya's glory, the night is charged with high-voltage music and entertainment as it welcomes celebrated stars and pop singers and fills the evening with fire. Previously, Agnitraya has been the host to Nishant Tanwar (Comedian), Ash king, IGNIA band, and other legends during its music sessions. The night holds promise of irreplaceable melodies, throbbing beats, and a celebratory atmosphere of excitement.
