Shubham Sharma is an Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behavior-Human Resource Management Area at IIM Kashipur. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. Prior to his joining IIM Kashipur, he worked as an Assistant Professor at the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, in the OB-HR area. His research interests include organizational unlearning, managing organizational change, and transformational leadership. His teaching interests include organizational behavior, human resource management, and managing organizational change.
