Biography
Shobha has completed her PhD in Strategy Area from IIM Bangalore. She also holds a Masters in International Business and Bachelors in Agricultural Sciences. Prior to her PhD, she held various positions in Strategy and Corporate Planning functions and worked in organizations like Jubilant Organosys; IMRB International and Bharti Airtel Services Ltd. Her dissertation explored the financial slack and strategic decisions relationship in emerging economy context. Her research focusses on Behavioural Theory of Firm, Social entrepreneurship, Corporate Governance, CSR, Innovation and Internationalization. She has presented her papers in national and international conferences in these areas.
