About Industry Interaction Committee

The Industry Interaction Committee (IIC) is dedicated to enhancing and facilitating interaction among academic institutions, industry stakeholders, and students with the objective of enhancing the institute's corporate visibility. Leveraging a variety of activities such as guest lectures, live projects, conclaves, mentorship initiatives, and workshops, the IIC endeavors to bridge the gap between student aspirations and industry requirements.

  1. Guest Lectures: Students benefit from the extensive experience of business experts and veterans through guest lectures, which are a significant element of their learning. We welcome executives from major corporations who hold key positions and have a wide range of expertise to share their knowledge and experiences. We also ensure that they gain a better grasp of our batch at IIM Kashipur to form a long-term relationship and engagement with their organization

    Aim of Guest Lectures: -

    • To provide corporate exposure to the students
    • To get insights into the current happenings in the corporate world
    • To increase the corporate outreach of IIM Kashipur
    • To leverage prospects for final placements and summer internships

Koushalya: “The Perspective Workshop Series”, a unique workshop event meticulously crafted by Industry Interaction Committee, IIM Kashipur, to provide students with an unparalleled opportunity to delve into real-world business challenges alongside industry leaders. Koushalya is an invaluable opportunity for students to collect insights directly from industry leaders and confront real-world business challenges head-on. This initiative goes beyond conventional classroom learning, providing a platform for students to engage with eminent professionals.

  3. Nirdeshan: This program is designed to provide students with one-on-one mentorship from industry professionals who can help them with your professional development. Mentorship is a powerful tool that can help students learn from others, network with professionals in their field, and gain insights into the industry. Students will meet with their mentor for a one-on-one interaction session to discuss their career goals, get advice on their professional development, and learn from their experiences.

  4. Vriddhi: “The Annual Finance Conclave”. The discussion focuses on how traditional financial institutions integrate innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, customer engagement, and adapt to a dynamic market.
