About Details
The Academic Committee is responsible for maintaining the academic rigour of IIM Kashipur. For this, the committee takes various initiatives such as workshops, peer learning sessions, guest lectures, faculty talk series and social media campaigns. It acts as a liaison between students, faculty and administration for all academic-related activities. The committee also helps in maintaining discipline in the classes and building a strong academic culture.

Events
- MBA Series is a talk series, conducted by eminent personalities across all fields with an aim to provide students with a perspective on management from a non-corporate lens.
- Guru Nishtha is a talk series for providing students an opportunity to interact with esteemed faculty from prestigious institutes around the world.
- Faculty Talk Series is an initiative to provide students with an opportunity to learn from our faculty about various topics outside of the MBA curriculum, which will help them in gaining new perspectives to develop an erudite understanding across domains.
- Margdarshan is an initiative in collaboration with Alumni Relations Committee, where alumni who have excelled in their academics are invited to share their insights.
- Guest Sessions and Workshops are organised regularly, covering a variety of topics that help the students broaden their horizons and impart management learnings.
