We are delighted to invite you to the International Conference on People, Ecosystems & Emerging Trends in Entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is a crucial engine for growth of economies, more than ever before! The academic discourse on entrepreneurship has to catch the pace of start-ups and entrepreneurial practice, in order to generate insights that can be used by stakeholders. The Indian Institute of Management Kashipur, its incubation center Foundation for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development, in association with the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship, Strathclyde Business School, University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom, are organizing this much needed conference to initiate a discussion among stakeholders of entrepreneurship. This conference, especially dedicated to the theories and practice of entrepreneurship, is a crucial initiative to nurture and strengthen the entrepreneurship ecosystem. The conference will be held at IIM Kashipur. The campus is situated amidst vast greenery and provides a breathtaking view of Himalayas during Monsoons and the winter season. We look forward to offering you a great welcome in December 2022.

Submission Guidelines
All Authors are requested to follow the following guidelines:- At the time of submission, the paper must not have been accepted for publication in any journal.
- Extended Abstract should be no more than 2000 words (excluding references, figures, and tables), and should follow APA style referencing.
- The first page of the manuscript must clearly highlight the authors details including email and contact numbers.
- Papers are welcomed on any of the below mentions subthemes or related topic.
Duties of Author
- Have the responsibility of ensuring only new and original work is submitted.
- Must not reproduce work that has been previously published in other journals.
- Must not submit any articles that are being reviewed or considered by any journal simultaneously.

Abstract Selection
Step 1: Basic Check
Our panel of experts checks a received manuscript to determine whether it fits the conference theme and scope. Manuscripts out of the scope are rejected. Articles published fully or partly in journals are not reviewed or accepted.
Step 2: Peer Review
We use a double-blind system for peer review, both reviewers and authors identities remain anonymous. The review process may take two to three weeks.
Step 3: Acceptance/Rejection Decision
The decision to accept an article is based on the score given by reviewers.
Best Paper Award
One paper will be awarded the ‘Best Paper Award’ based on the criteria laid out by a panel of experts.
Travel
The nearest domestic airport is Pantnagar Airport. Pantnagar is approximately one hour drive from Kashipur. Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi is approximately 4 hours drive from the campus. Ranikhet Exp 15013 and UTR Samprk Krti 15035 are two trains that run daily from Delhi to Kashipur.
Lodging and boarding for participants: The arrangement of boarding and lodging for conference presenters will be made by IIM Kashipur – either in the campus or in nearby hotels.

About Us
Indian Institute of Management Kashipur
The Indian Institute of Management Kashipur is a second-generation IIM that was established in 2011 in the northern state of Uttarakhand by the Indian Government. Foundation for Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development (FIED)
Foundation for Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development (FIED), the incubation center of Indian Institute of Management Kashipur, is an initiative to nurture and strengthen the entrepreneurship ecosystem of India. With the help of Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Science and Technology, Uttarakhand Government, and other supporting partners, FIED is set to incubate the most promising start-ups of India in the domains of Tourism and Hospitality, Agriculture, Art and Craft, and Education.
Strathclyde Business School (SBS)
The Strathclyde Business School (SBS) is one of four faculties forming the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland. Founded in 1948, the school is located on Cathedral Street within the John Anderson campus of the University. It offers courses for business education and management development. Strathclyde Business School has around 200 academic staff and more than 4500 students (1960 undergraduate and 2615 postgraduate), with 11 subject departments and specialist units providing more specialist and cross-disciplinary postgraduate courses. It has been granted Triple Accreditation. Strathclyde is the first triple accredited business school in Scotland. In November 2016, it was awarded THE Business School of the Year in UK. The Economist and Financial Times ranked the Strathclyde Business School's Master of Business Administration (MBA) 76th and 63rd worldwide in 2016, while its Executive MBA and master’s program in Finance was ranked 41st and 33rd worldwide by Financial Times in 2016.
