Recruitment of Academic Associates in Strategic Management area

IIM Kashipur intends to engage an Academic Associate in the Strategic Management area on the following terms and conditions:

Job responsibilities:Academic Associate (AA) shall assist the faculty in teaching and research related activities.

Required qualifications: Masters in any discipline from reputed institution preferably first class in Masters or having M.Phil.

Remuneration: Academic Associates will be given a stipend of Rs. 20,000/- to Rs.30, 000/- per month depending on qualification, experience, merit, performance in the interview/test. Support will be provided for attending one national conference in a year.

Duration: : Appointments will be made purely on contract basis for a period of one year initially and renewable annually, subject to satisfactory performance. It is expected that an Academic Associate spends a maximum of three years in the institute to take up higher academic positions in other institutions.

Selection process: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed in person or via Skype. Candidates are requested to provide their Skype ID in the application.
